Asphalt Paving over Store Surfaces
New installations consist of a stone base and one layer of asphalt wearing over two layers of asphalt base and a wearing surface.
Replacement
Remove and replace the asphalt surface. When the asphalt is cracked badly, structural cracks, and not enough tolerance to place another layer over the surface then a full removal and replacement is necessary.
Resurface/Overlay
This is an option if the surface is still in fair shape and there is enough tolerance to achieve water drainage after another layer of asphalt is placed with a minimum of 1.5 inches after compaction.
